Returns and refunds
Returns may be accepted for eligible unopened products (within 30 days) in accordance with applicable consumer laws and our Returns Policy.
Products must be:
- Unused.
- Unopened.
- In their original packaging.
- In a resaleable condition.
Opened Products
Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, any sunbed cream, tanning lotion, cosmetic product, or skincare product that has been opened, unsealed, used, or tampered with is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence where possible.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will provide an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
